LEGAL
Terms
Last updated: 11 October 2026These terms cover your use of this website, and the basis on which we work with clients. Every project also has its own written proposal, which takes priority if anything differs.
Using this website
- The content here is general information about payroll and our services. It isn't advice for your specific situation, and you shouldn't rely on it as such.
- Examples on this site, such as sample audit findings, are illustrative and don't describe real clients.
- We work hard to keep information accurate, but payroll rules change often. Please check with us before acting on anything here.
- The PayUs.AI name, logo and content belong to us. Please don't copy them without permission.
How we work with clients
- Scope and price: every project starts with a written proposal setting out the scope, timeline and fixed price. Any change is agreed in writing first.
- Payment: payment terms are set out in your proposal. Monthly services are billed in advance.
- Monthly services: run on a rolling three-month minimum term, then month to month, and can be ended with one month's written notice.
- Your information: you provide accurate, complete data on time. Our findings depend on the information you give us.
- Your decisions: we prepare, check and advise. You keep responsibility for approving payroll and for submitting returns and payments to tax authorities and pension providers.
- Confidentiality: we keep your information confidential and handle personal data under a data processing agreement, as described in our How we use AI page and privacy policy.
- What you own: once paid for, the reports, procedures and automations we create for you are yours to use in your business.
What we don't provide
We provide payroll consulting and support. We don't provide legal advice or regulated financial or pension advice. Where those are needed, we'll work alongside your own advisers.
Liability
We take care in everything we do. Our total liability on any project is limited to the fees you've paid for that project, and we're not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
