1. Who we are

PayUs.AI provides payroll consulting, audit and automation services. For questions about this policy or your information, email rob@payus.ai.

2. Information we collect

• When you contact us: your name, company, role, email, phone number and anything you choose to tell us, sent by WhatsApp, email or our booking calendar.
• When you book a call: the details you enter in our booking tool (Calendly), such as your name, email and chosen time.
• When you become a client: business contact details, and the payroll information you share with us for the project. We handle payroll data on your behalf under a separate data processing agreement.

This website's contact form does not store anything itself. Your details only reach us if you send the WhatsApp message or email it prepares.

3. How we use it

• To reply to you and arrange calls.
• To prepare proposals and deliver the services you ask for.
• To send invoices and keep business records.
• To send occasional updates, only if you've asked for them. You can stop them at any time.

We rely on your consent, on taking steps to enter into or perform a contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in running and growing our business. We never sell your information.

4. Who we share it with

We only share information with services we use to run the business, under appropriate agreements:

• WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider, to communicate with you.
• Calendly, to schedule calls.
• Secure file storage and business-grade AI tools, used on client projects as described on our How we use AI page.
• Professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, where needed.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 12 months.
• Client payroll data: deleted within 30 days of the end of a project, unless you ask us in writing to keep it.
• Contracts and invoices: as long as the law requires for business records.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, delete or stop using your personal information, or to send it to you in a portable format. Email rob@payus.ai and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Services we link to, such as Calendly, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, may set their own cookies when you use them, under their own policies.

8. Keeping it safe

We use encrypted storage and transfer, two-step sign-in and limited access. If a data incident ever affects your information, we'll tell you promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
